Lawyers at Bendin, Sumrall & Ladner on Monday removed a personal injury lawsuit against Walmart to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit was filed by The Cauthorn Firm on behalf of Leslie Hollberg. The case is 3:22-cv-00107, Hollberg v. WalMart Stores East, LP.
