Conduent, a provider of business process services, was sued Sunday in Louisiana Eastern District Court over alleged employment discrimination under the ADA. The court action was brought by attorney Robert B. Landry III on behalf of Arrena Hilliard. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-02000, Hilliard v. Conduent Commercial Solutions, LLC et al.
