Counsel at Gray, Rust, St. Amand, Moffett & Brieske on Friday removed a wrongful death lawsuit against Kroger to Georgia Northern District Court. The complaint, filed by Jonathan R. Brockman P.C. on behalf of the Estate of William Robinson Hudson, alleges that the decedent fractured his neck in a slip-and-fall incident in a Kroger store, resulting in his death. The case is 1:22-cv-03012, Herzwurm v. The Kroger Co.
