New Suit - Employment

7-Eleven was sued Monday in Pennsylvania Middle District Court over alleged employment discrimination. The lawsuit was filed by Weisberg Cummings P.C. on behalf of a former assistant store manager alleging sexual harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 4:22-cv-00604, Heim v. 7-Eleven, Inc.
