Lawyers at Akerman on Wednesday removed a foreclosure lawsuit against Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing to Texas Northern District Court. The suit was filed by A Newark Firm on behalf of Aaron Heavilon. The case is 2:22-cv-00165, Heavilon v. NewRez LLC dba Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing.
