Kirkland & Ellis and Akerman filed a patent lawsuit Tuesday in Florida Middle District Court on behalf of Healthe Inc., a company that makes sanitizing products that employ UV light. The suit, seeking declaratory judgment of non-infringement on four patents, takes aim at High Energy Ozone d/b/a Far-UV Sterilray and other defendants. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 6:20-cv-02233, Healthe Inc. v. High Energy Ozone LLC d/b/a Far-UV Sterilray et al.
