In a trade secret lawsuit, a former sales employee allegedly used an artificial intelligence transcriber to record business calls, forwarded hundreds of work emails to his personal account and refused to return confidential information. Pullman & Comley and Cabello Hall Zinda filed this suit on Thursday in Connecticut federal court on behalf of West Technology Group LLC and CX360 Inc. against Connecticut resident Karl Sundstrom.
