Robins Kaplan LLP sued AT&T Wednesday in California Central District Court on behalf of HD Carrier LLC. The complaint accuses the defendant of blocking calls consumers make via the plaintiff's technology, Voiceover Internet Protocol, or VoIP. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:20-cv-06509, HD Carrier LLC v. AT&T Corp.
