Harvard College filed a complaint on Monday against Samsung, accusing the consumer electronics giant of using its patented technology to create components included in Galaxy smartphones. The suit filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas alleges Samsung has violated two patents for processes developed by Harvard chemist Roy G. Gordon and his colleagues.
