Tanner McCarron of Littler Mendelson has entered an appearance for Clean-Tech Services Inc. and Drexel University in a pending lawsuit over alleged employment discrimination based on religion. The suit was filed Dec. 5 in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court by attorney Justin F. Robinette on behalf of a former employee. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge John R. Padova, is 2:23-cv-04791, Hamilton v. Drexel University et al.
