Lawyers at Hawkins Parnell & Young on Wednesday removed a product liability lawsuit against Future Motion Inc. to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit was filed by Morgan & Morgan on behalf of Michael Haggerty who alleges he sustained injuries while using a 'One Wheel' self-balancing electric transporter. The case is 1:22-cv-00322, Haggerty v. Future Motion, Inc.
