John L. Landolfi and Maxwell H. King of Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease have stepped in to represent Abercrombie & Fitch in a pending trademark lawsuit. The case was filed Feb. 4 in Ohio Southern District Court by Hilton Parker LLC and Gottesman Legal on behalf of Srinivasa Rao Gubbala. The suit seeks a reversal of the TTAB’s decision in an underlying action related to Rao Gubbala's application for the use of the official gazette logo on its apparel. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Sarah D. Morrison, is 2:24-cv-00444, Gubbala v. Abercrombie & Fitch Trading Co.
