Counsel at Campbell Conroy & O'Neil on Friday removed a product liability lawsuit against Amazon.com and telescopic ladder maker Handvoll to Pennsylvania Western District Court. The suit was filed by Meyer Darragh Buckler Bebenek & Eck on behalf of Amber Green and Eric Green. The case is 2:22-cv-00496, Green et al v. Amazon.com, Inc. et al.
