Friday, Eldredge & Clark and other law firms filed a Paycheck Protection Program class action Wednesday in Arkansas Eastern District Court against Capital Plus Financial and Crossroads Systems. The complaint was brought on behalf of small businesses and sole proprietors accusing the defendants of failing to pay out approved loans. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 4:21-cv-01243, Greathouse v. Capital Plus Financial LLC et al.
