Drone delivery company AgEagle Aerial Systems and members of its board were hit with a shareholder derivative suit Tuesday in California Central District Court. The complaint, filed by Glancy Prongay & Murray, accuses the company of perpetuating and exploiting rumors that it had partnered with Amazon in order to inflate its stock price. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-06056, Granja v. Drozd et al.
