Joseph Goldberg of Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby has entered an appearance for Cedar Crest Independent Baptist Church in a pending lawsuit over alleged sexual abuse by a former pastor. The complaint was filed Aug. 11 in Pennsylvania Middle District Court by Andreozzi & Foote on behalf of a 'Jane Doe' plaintiff. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Sylvia H. Rambo, is 1:21-cv-01403, G.R. v. Cedar Crest Independent Baptist Church.
