Trader Joe's was sued Monday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court over alleged employment discrimination under the ADA and Family and Medical Leave Act. The lawsuit was filed by Koller Law on behalf of Jacob Gowarty. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-03019, Gowarty v. Trader Joe's Company.
