Smith, Gambrell & Russell filed a civil RICO lawsuit Friday in Florida Southern District Court on behalf of GEICO Insurance. The complaint targets Atlas Medical and Orthopedics and other defendants for allegedly submitting fraudulent no-fault insurance claims. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-23623, Government Employees Insurance Co. et al. v. Faderani, D.O. et al.
