Auto insurer Geico filed a civil RICO lawsuit against Acupuncture & Chiropractic Clinic of N.J. and other medical providers Thursday in New Jersey District Court seeking over $2.3 million. The lawsuit, brought by Rivkin Radler, accuses the defendants of conspiring to obtain fraudulent no-fault automobile insurance payments related to medical billing. Lawyers have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:22-cv-02639, Government Employees Insurance Co. et al v. Clinica De Acupuntura Y Salud Natural, LLC et al.
