Rivkin Radler filed a civil RICO lawsuit Thursday in New Jersey District Court on behalf of Geico. The suit, which targets Alternative Health Center and Dr. Donald Racek, seeks to recover more than $928,000 in claims for services allegedly provided to automobile accident victims. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-18618, Government Employees Insurance Co. et al v. Alternative Health Center, P.C. et al.
