Jared K. Clapper of Clyde & Co. has entered an appearance for Zurich Insurance Group in a pending insurance lawsuit pursuing coverage for business losses incurred amid COVID-19. The suit was filed Jan. 19 in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court by Saltz Mongeluzzi & Bendesky on behalf of Goodman Management. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Juan R. Sanchez, is 2:22-cv-00243, Goodman Management LLC v. Zurich American Insurance Co.
