Michaels Stores and Flagler S.C. LLC were sued Monday in Florida Southern District Court over alleged violations of the ADA. The court case was filed by attorney J. Courtney Cunningham on behalf of Jesus Gonzalez. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-23656, Gonzalez v. Michaels Stores, Inc. et al.
