Credit-reporting agency TransUnion and Barclays, the British investment bank, were sued Sunday in New Jersey District Court for claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The lawsuit was brought by Stein Saks on behalf of Chana Goldberg. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:21-cv-14459, Goldberg v. TransUnion LLC et al.
