Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath filed a trade secret lawsuit against medical device manufacturer Medtronic and four former employees of Globus Medical Friday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The court action accuses the defendants of conspiring to use plaintiff Globus' confidential information in order to usurp its customer base. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:22-cv-00383, Globus Medical Inc. v. Sharp et al.
