Lawyers at Hall Booth Smith on Wednesday removed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Fly Timber Co. to Georgia Middle District Court. The suit, over an alleged loan default, was filed by Alston & Bird and Page Scrantom Sprouse Tucker & Ford on behalf of Global One Financial. The case is 4:23-cv-00049, Global One Financial v. Fly Timber Co. Inc.
