Attorneys at Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart on Friday removed an employment discrimination lawsuit against Foundations Behavioral Health Inc. d/b/a Lifeworks Academy to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit was filed by attorney Sidney L. Gold on behalf of a former art teacher who contends that she was subjected to pervasive sexual harassment by students and that the school failed to implement any remedial action. The case is 2:21-cv-03732, Gleason v. Foundations Behavioral Health Inc. d/b/a Lifeworks Academy.
