Kimberly M. Maynard of Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz has entered an appearance for Girls That Invest Ltd. in a pending trademark infringement lawsuit. The suit, filed July 3 in New York Southern District Court by Sheppard Mullin on behalf of Girls Who Invest Inc., accuses the defendant of using a mark that's confusingly similar to the plaintiff's 'Girls That Invest' marks without authorization.
