Counsel at Sweeney & Sheehan on Wednesday removed a personal injury lawsuit against Target to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit was filed by Margolis Edelstein on behalf of Michael Brown and Vanessa Gillespie. The case is 2:21-cv-04491, Gillespie et al. v. Target Corporation.
