T.J. Maxx was hit with a patent lawsuit Friday in Texas Western District Court. The case was brought by Kizzia Johnson PLLC on behalf of Geographic Location Innovations. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 6:21-cv-00446, Geographic Location Innovations LLC v. The TJX Companies, Inc.
