Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin on Friday removed a civil rights lawsuit against Avertest LLC, doing business as Averhealth, and Derek Ruth to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The complaint was filed by Daniel Gearhart. Attorneys for the plaintiff have not yet entered an appearance in 2:20-cv-04100, Gearhart v. Avertest LLC d/b/a Averhealth et al.
