UnitedHealthCare was hit with a lawsuit seeking reimbursement for medical services rendered Wednesday in Nevada District Court. The court action was filed by Messner Reeves LLP and Lash & Goldberg on behalf of Fremont Emergency Services. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:22-cv-01118, Fremont Emergency Services, Ltd. v. UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company et al.
