Lawyers at Rumberger Kirk & Caldwell and Nilan Johnson Lewis on Wednesday removed a product liability lawsuit against Future Motion to Florida Middle District Court. The suit, filed by Callejo Law on behalf of Rex Fordham, centers on alleged safety issues with the defendant's Onewheel device, a self-balancing electric skateboard.
