Lawyers at Reed Smith on Monday removed a product liability lawsuit against Abbott Laboratories, an Illinois-based health care company, and St. Jude Medical to Pennsylvania Middle District Court. The complaint was filed by Scartelli Olszewski P.C. on behalf of Richard M. Ford and Sandy S. Ford. The case is 3:21-cv-01765, Ford et al v. St. Jude Medical et al.
