Dillard's filed a tax lawsuit against the Florida Department of Revenue on Nov. 28 in Florida Circuit Court for Seminole County. The suit, brought by Hill Ward Henderson, accuses the defendant of overvaluing the plaintiff's property for tax assessments. The case is 2023CA004041, Dillard's Inc. v. Johnson et al.
