McGuireWoods filed an insurance lawsuit Wednesday in Florida Middle District Court on behalf of Florida East Coast Holdings Corp. for damages it suffered from Hurricane Irma in 2017. The suit pursues claims against AIG, Allied World, Aspen Speciality and other insurers. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:21-cv-00747, Florida East Coast Holdings Corp. v. Lexington Insurance Co. et al.
