Adams and Reese filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit on May 22 in Florida Circuit Court for Sarasota County on behalf of Kellogg & Kimsey. The suit takes aim at Cody's Professional Surveying and Mapping and its employee Roy T. Flowers III for allegedly providing an incorrect survey concerning a construction project.
