Home Depot U.S.A. Inc. was hit with a personal injury lawsuit on April 16 in Florida Circuit Court for Hillsborough County. The court case was filed by Morgan & Morgan on behalf of shopper who claims he was injured by the actions of a negligent employee. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 24-CA-003088, Smertcov v. Home Depot U.S.A. Inc.
