Westchester Surplus Lines Insurance Co. was hit with an insurance coverage lawsuit on April 23 in Florida Circuit Court for Charlotte County. The suit, over a disputed property damage claim arising from Hurricane Ian, was filed by the Stockham Law Group on behalf of Villa Esta II Association.
