Walmart was sued Tuesday in Pennsylvania Middle District Court over alleged employment discrimination based on sexual orientation. The lawsuit was filed by the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore on behalf of Jason Fisher. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:22-cv-00017, Fisher v. Wal-Mart Stores East , LP.
