Counsel at Weinberg, Wheeler, Hudgins, Gunn & Dial on Friday removed a product liability lawsuit against RV refrigerator maker Norcold Inc. to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, filed by Miller Insurance Law Enterprise on behalf of Jason Fields, alleges that a Norcold 1210 Ultraline Refrigerator was responsible for igniting a fire. The case is 3:21-cv-00160, Fields v. Norcold, Inc.
