The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission sued Walmart Tuesday in Florida Northern District Court over alleged sex discrimination at its Defuniak Springs, Florida location. The lawsuit accuses Walmart of failing to address persistent sexual harassment by a male worker that included lewd remarks and inappropriate touching. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
