EnerSys, a maker of products for the aerospace and defense industry, sued Chubb North American Claims Wednesday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court over an insurance coverage dispute. The lawsuit, brought by Manko Gold Katcher & Fox, contends that Chubb 'recklessly' denied a reimbursement claim for lead contamination remediation. Attorneys have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 5:22-cv-02702, Enersys Delaware Inc. v. Chubb North American Claims.
