Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll filed a securities class action Friday in Virginia Eastern District Court against insurance provider James River Group Holdings and several current and former executives. The suit claims that James River miscalculated and misrepresented the risk involved in a contract to provide ride-share insurance policies to Uber Technologies. Cohen Milstein represents the Employees' Retirement Fund of the City of Fort Worth. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.
