Michael C. Lord of Williams Mullen has entered an appearance for Structural Coatings Hertford in a pending lawsuit over alleged employment discrimination under the ADA. The complaint was filed Oct. 24 in North Carolina Eastern District Court by the Spielberger Law Group on behalf of a former employee. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Richard E. Myers II, is 2:23-cv-00062, Ellis v. Structural Coatings Hertford, LLC.
