Caesars Entertainment was slapped with a class action lawsuit Wednesday in Nevada District Court. The suit was brought by Ben Lehavi on behalf of Caesars Palace parking garage patrons who were allegedly overcharged. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-00065, Eliaszadeh v. Caesars Entertainment Corporation et al.
