McDonald Hopkins filed a Lanham Act lawsuit Friday in Ohio Northern District Court on behalf of Eleven 10 LLC. The suit targets Recon Medical LLC for allegedly copying the trade dress of Eleven 10's tourniquet carrying case product. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:21-cv-02211, Eleven 10 LLC v. Recon Medical, LLC.
