Interactive Brokers Group and APEX Clearing Corp. were hit with a securities lawsuit Friday in Florida Southern District Court. The lawsuit, brought by Gucovschi Law, is part of a spate of similar litigation over the January trading halt on GameStop and other securities. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-21661, Eisen v. APEX Clearing Corporation et al.
