Freeman, Mathis & Gary on Wednesday removed a personal injury lawsuit against Atlas Senior Living LLC, owner of Legacy at Savannah Quarters, to Georgia Southern District Court. The complaint was filed by Lasky Cooper Law on behalf of Peggy J. Egan, who alleges that the assisted living facility failed to provide proper care. The case is 4:21-cv-00236, Egan et al. v. Atlas Senior Living LLC.
