Pfizer was sued Wednesday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The class action was filed by Honik on behalf of consumers who allege that Pfizer knowingly adulterated and/or misbranded its smoking cessation drug products. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:21-cv-04275, Edwards v. Pfizer Inc.
