PepsiCo and SVC Manufacturing were hit with an employment discrimination lawsuit Wednesday in Florida Middle District Court. The lawsuit was filed by Wenzel Fenton Cabassa on behalf of Steven Edwards, who alleges age bias and retaliation. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 6:21-cv-01516, Edwards v. PepsiCo, Inc. et al.
